I made some Mozzarella and Ricotta cheese today.

and supplies.
The curd has formed.

    Now try some of your cheese on pizza or in lasagne, with lamb burger - excellent!

    Try making chavre and having it sweetened in fresh made crepes with some homemade jam for dessert, after a nice lamb dinner with your own vegetables, of course - farm life doesn't get any better!!! You simply can't buy a meal like that!
