Current Flock Sires


PS23 Craigrothie-F1 Skeld out of Holy Hills Onyx. Very silky and lustrous fleece with a nice bold crimp. He can sire moorit as well as "modified" colors (his dam was sheala.) Craigrothie has aberrant horns and can throw polled ram lambs. Born in 2006 Craigrothie will be used this fall on several girls.

PS23 Fairlight-F1 Jings out of Sabbath Farm Fonteyn. Very soft, crimpy fleece. Carries moorit and his lambs this year were great. Polled/scured. Born in 2009


PS23 Fife-F1 Orion out of Sheepy Hollow Sienna. Very, very fine and crimpy.Nice moorit color. Born in 2009


PS23 Huckleberry-F1 Ram (aka Black) out of Sabbath Farm Fonteyn. Nice crimp and good color to this boy's fleece. Born in 2011


PS23 Hector-F1 Jings out of PS23 Forsythia. Very fine and soft fleece and  a tiny tail. Born in 2011


PS23 Ivan is out of Sommarang Gilroy and PS23 Dingdong. Very crimpy and soft fleece. He will most likly be used this comming fall for the first time. Born in May 2012


Everest-white teaser ram.  He is used to synchronize the ewes before breeding. (His sire is Craigrothie-Everest is actually bigger than his sire.)


Ile De France X Dorset for a terminal sire (no coat) and Coopworth for a crossing sire to make commercial ewes

Windham-white color carrier 1 year old Australian style Corriedale  for commercial ewes and market lambs.


Albee-AAGBA reg. 1 year old buck from OR. His fleece is very locky and shiny. His fleece is not as fine as Danburry's fleece, but has more shine and is a heavier fleece. I'm looking forward to using him this fall.


PS23 Henry is a white color carrier CAGBA buck out of GoatHill Caspian and Bleeting Heart Haven Belle. He has a nice shiny, locky fleece.

PS23 Fandango-F2 Greyling out of PS23 Crombie and WalnutRise Trevor. Grey katmoget , carries moorit. Nice crimpy, silky soft fleece. Very little britch wool.


SheltringPines Justinian (F1 Dillon) out of Lugthart Goldthread is a big ram and has a med. fine fleece. (He was sold and moved back to MI.) I have several of his daughters. PS23 Drummond (F1 Brent out of Longshadow Amber) Drummond had a very long intermediate type fleece and lots of luster. I have two of his daughters and several grand daughters.
PS23 Campbell-F1 Jericho out of Longshadow Orphan Annie. He was a fawn katmoget and had a fine, soft, and crimpy with good staple length. I have several of his daughters and grand daughters and will have some 2011 lambs from him.

WindyAcres Golden Eagle- (Red Ram Billy Joel X Windswept Squid ) was a mioget 100% Dailley ram with nice wide horns and a soft "intermediate" fleece. I have several of his fawn, mioget and emsket daughters two of witch are spotted as he carried spots. He was sold a couple years ago for breeding.

Lil'Country Damascus- F3 Dillon, F4 Holly/Greyling/Timothy (SheltrgPines Pompey Magnus X Justalit'l Twinkle) was a polled moorit with a soft silky single coat. I have one of his daughters (PS23 Ely Cathedral a fawn katmoget) and several grand daughters.

V Creek Prince Valiant-F3 Dillon, F4 Lightening/Greyling (V Creek Von Diesel X V Creek Joy) was a med. grey gulmoget with an "intermediate" fleece. I have one of his daughters (PS23 Evening Primrose a black gulmoget.)

MacEwen Lincoln-(Glennsdale Honor X MacEwen Kaylee) was a 100% Dailley lt. moorit with a blettet face. He had a double coated fleece and I have one of his granddaughters (PS23 Eastwind an emsket HST.)

Maplewood Licorice- (Smoke Ham Florian X Maplewood Espresso) was a black 100% Dailly ram with a double coat. His fleece was not the nicest, but he sired a dark brown ewe (PS23 Bethany) who had a much nicer fleece than his. I have a several of his granddaughters and great granddaughters out of Bethany.



Caspian-CAGBA reg. 4 year old buck. Faded red. his lock structure was a big corkscrew style. His kids have excellent shine and similar lock structure to his. I have two of his daughters and bred one doe to him this fall for 2011.



Danburry-AAGBA reg.  buck. Very fine fleeced buck from TX. He also carries color as several of his kids this spring were faded red.

Rocky-AAGBA re. buck. Fine, locky fleeced buck from TX. I used him this fall (2012 and should get kids out of him this spring) Unfortunately he died this winter.
